Shared responsibility

This page is maintained by Datanix Corporation, a Delaware corporation, USA ("Datanix", "we", "us"). Security is split between the platforms we use to host this website, the practices Datanix operates as a business, and the controls agreed with each client in an engagement contract. This page covers the first two; mandate-specific controls are documented per engagement.

This website

• Served over HTTPS with encryption in transit.
• Static content only — no customer accounts, logins or client data are stored on this site.
• The inquiry form sends a message from your own email client; nothing is written to a public database.

Data handling

• Access to client correspondence and engagement material is limited to the team working on the mandate.
• Confidentiality terms are agreed in writing before any sensitive material is exchanged.
• Retention and deletion follow the terms of the engagement and our privacy policy.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of established providers for hosting, email and productivity. A current list is available to clients and prospective clients on request from email us.

Compliance and certifications

Certification status, audit reports and framework alignment relevant to a specific mandate are provided directly under NDA. We do not publish claims here that we cannot evidence for your use case — ask us and we will share what applies.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue with this website or our systems, email email us with the details and how to reproduce it. We acknowledge reports and will keep you updated. Please do not test in a way that degrades service or accesses other people's data.
